Simplified Hosted PBX Known Issue - Update

    Here is an update on the testing so far:

     

    • Call transfer issues The fix was pushed at 4am as planned, our team will be testing this when they come in this morning.  Update: We have completed our testing and this has been successful, if you experience any issues please raise a ticket to us.
    • Inbound call on hold.  The fix was pushed at 4am as planned, our team will be testing this when they come in this morning.  Update: We have completed our testing and we are still seeing issues with this and we have raised this back to our platform provider and I will update on this later today.
    • Call pick up not working. Update: We have completed our testing and this has been successful, if you experience any issues please raise a ticket to us.

     

    The priority for this morning will be:

     

    • Off Net calls.  This is at the highest level of priority and we are expecting the next update by 12pm
