Handset Profiles on SHPBX

Good Morning,

We found that a limited number of handset profiles were overwritten with legacy profiles, yesterday and reported this to our platform partner they have now restored the most recent version of these profiles.

If any of handsets have been affected this can be resolved by resetting the phone and prompting it to download the profile from the server again.

If you do still have any problems please try unassigning the hardware then reassigning. This will rebuild the profile on the server.

If following this there are any issues please raise a ticket on our helpdesk.
