To confirm this issue is specifically where when the inbound caller should be getting to voicemail and hearing the greeting but they are not. The voicemail to email issue is still being investigated. 

To resolve this issue the end user needs to access their voicemail and record a new greeting this can be done using the MWI (message waiting indicator) on the handset or dialling *98 

If you want a way to do this remotely accessing web self-care and changing the greeting from standard to personal hitting save then changing back to the standard may work. I only had one person report this issue so I have been unable to try this option.

Please note we will update on all other outstanding issues ASAP the Voicemail widget in the front end will be disabled for the moment
