SHPBX Upgrade Issue - Update - 01/04/2019 - 14:42

Our platform partner has informed us this issue is now resolved. We have made some test calls on one number and found it to now be working

We are struggling to find more numbers we can test as many resellers have initiated temporary diverts to external numbers as a workaround.

Please arrange to test if this issue is resolved with your customers, please not you/your colleagues may have temporarily changed the routing on these numbers (to external numbers for example) so you may need to change the number back to normal routing i.e. a handset or a hunt group to test.

We will provide a further update on all other issues ASAP
