SHPBX Issues Following Upgrade - Server Reboot will happen soon

We are having issues with the Simplified hosted platform at the moment list is below this is following an upgrade to the PortaOne server over the weekend. We are about to see a reboot of the system that will take it out for 3 minutes but should resolve some of the below issues.
No inbound Calls
No Outbound Calls
Unable to Assume the identity of a customer
5 x widgets are not working in the front end interface
Caller ID for inbound calls is displaying the dialled number rather than the calling parties CLID
