SIP packet loss / poor call quality affecting some customers

We are sorry to notify you that there is currently an issue with the SIP service provided using IP address 18.104.22.168, users on this service will experience packet loss / poor call quality. Customers registered to the other IP addresses are not affected.
This is currently being investigated and we will provide updates as soon as we know more.
