Simplified Hosted PBX Known Issue - Update

Good Morning All,

Please see below updates on known issues:

1. Issues with Company Phonebook on device - A fix for this issue has been identified and released, this has been tested on several devices which is now populating with the company phonebook, please can you ask customer retest

2. Issue with Audio on Transfer - This is currently ongoing with the supplier whom we have escalated this issue to the platform vendor whom are treating this as a Priority 1 scenario.

3. Voicemail to Email Issue - We have received an update from the supplier that this issue should now be resolved, we are currently testing at this time to confirm the fix.

4. Call Pick up - There is currently an issue in regards to call pick up functionality, calls that are attempted to be picked up via DSS key or *59 are stating that there is currently no call to pick up, This is currently with the supplier for investigation.

We are currently working through a large volume of support tickets and calls at this time, please be aware there may be a extended response time on updates for tickets.
