Ordering Issues

The front end has been pointed to a newly built server by the Nimans IT team on request from Network Services. Our platform partner will be making configuration changes overnight that will address many of the issues with the front end interface. We will provide a further update in the morning. 

Voicemail to Email

Following the SPF change to our mailserver we were advised some MX configuration changes needed to be made since then we have completed further testing this still does not appear to have resolved the issue. Fresh examples have been passed to the platform partner and we hope to have a further update as soon as possible.
