Please accept our sincerest apologies for the issues you and your customers are experiencing as a result of the upgrade. A lot of critical issues are still outstanding but some have been resolved we are pushing for any updates from our platform partner now and this is being discussed at director level within Nimans.
Please find updates below:
1. Inbound call issues: This fault only affects a few customers and is proving very difficult to track down. This is our number one priority, but until we know the underlying cause we cannot give an expected fix time.
Update - Our testing indicates this is still a problem we have chased the platform partner for a further update this morning.
2. On the portal issues, for orders, we have either a solution deployed or will have one deployed overnight. Specifically:
a. Virtual Numbers. There is a workaround, whereby numbers are not purchased on the order flow but a note made of the requested numbers and they will be allocated manually. This issue will be resolved overnight
Update - It's possible to order virtual numbers to be selecting an existing customer. If you are creating a new customer please place the order skipping over the virtual numbers then go back to the customer selecting an existing customer and order the numbers separately. if some elements don't appear please try pressing CTRL + F5 and this will force a refresh from the server
b. All other order issues – these were being caused by an SSL issue. The issue has been fixed and the site restarted as agreed. This should have resolved these issues.
Update - Our testing indicates orders will not fail provided you skip over the virtual numbers section of the order
c. Widget issues. A fix for this was attempted today but didn’t have the desired effect, we will be trying again over night.
Update - Our testing indicates these issues are now resolved if some elements don't appear please try pressing CTRL + F5 and this will force a refresh from the server
3. Call Forwarding: A fix has been developed for this but cannot be immediately deployed due to scheduling with other fixes. There will be a manual push either later today or overnight.
