Softphone and Handset Provisioning

These services are on a separate database and server to the Portaone platform, changes made during the snapshot won't be available in the handset configurations.

Placing Orders

Any orders or changes made after Thurs April 14th 19:00 will be lost when the data is restored. 

Email Notifications

Email notifications will only be affected when 

Call Data Records - May be missing immediately after cut-over but by the end of the upgrade work the platform will be updated with call records made during the upgrade window.
SIP Logs - Beyond and our platform partner won't have access to these logs until after the upgrade completes. We won't be able to access any historic calls.
UC Plus - This service doesn't currently rely on the PortaOne platform so any issue would more likely be SIP related on the handset e.g. not registered.
Cloud Phonebook - As with other items in the database changes won't be populated to this during the data freeze this will be disrupted during the window for calls and the web interface update. 

Analytics Platform

Statistics - Live stats may see some periods of disruption and historical data maybe delayed.
PCI Call Recording - As per Analytics and Call Recording comments above, plus the API's may have some disruption during the upgrade.
Call Recording - May see some missing immediately after cut-over but by the end of the upgrade work the platform will be updated with recordings made during the upgrade window.
