Simplified Hosted UC - Network/Router Configuration Information
Posted by Adam Howard, Last modified by Adam Howard on 08/04/22 - 14:03

Please note that the details emboldened, in the below table, are additional IP addresses that will be in use from the 16/04/22. The majority of routers our resellers and customers use will simply auto negotiate using these new details. If you have never had to configure the router/customer equipment to include IP addresses for the platform, in the past, it's unlikely you will need to make any changes.

Where it's been required for you to add IP addresses in the past, the additional IP addresses outlined below will also need to be included. The most likely situation where you would need to do this is where a customer had a dedicated firewall or a premium router on their services.

IP and Port Table
The tables below show the IPs, ports, protocols, and services the solution uses. This is useful to ensure that customer equipment is correctly configured to use the Hosted service. This can be passed onto the end customer and provided to network admins and used to assist in configuring routers and other customer premises equipment.
